The volume level from my TV Streamer is very low.

  1. The audio input level from the TV may be too low.

    Adjust the volume using the + and - keys on the TV Streamer until the sound is sufficiently loud.

    You could also use your Osia Smart App to adjust the mixing ratio between your TV Streamer and your sound processor.
