The sound from the sound processors is either too low or too high when I use my TV Streamer.

  1. The audio input level is not suitable for listening.

    Adjust the volume using the + and - keys on the TV Streamer until the sound is suitable.

    Or, if you have a Remote Control, use the + and - keys on this device.

    Finally, you could use your Osia Smart App to adjust the mixing ratio between your TV Streamer and your sound processor to get the volume you want.
