I press the streaming button on the Remote Control using my TV Streamer but I can't find a streamed audio signal when I search on the display.

The TV Streamer and sound processors are not within wireless range.
Make sure the TV Streamer and sound processors are within wireless range (up to 20 feet) and activate streaming again.
This varies slightly depending on whether you're pairing your TV Streamer in channel 1, channel 2 or channel 3.
To pair your TV Streamer with your sound processor:
- Make sure the TV Streamer is plugged into a wall socket with the green power light on.
- Turn off your sound processor.
- Press the pairing button on the TV streamer once to activate its pairing mode (in channel 1).
- Press the pairing button twice (for channel two) or three times (for channel 3).
The yellow light indicator on the front of the TV Streamer will now blink once, twice or three times every 2 seconds to indicate it is ready to be paired in channel 1, 2 or 3 of your sound processor.
You can tell the pairing mode has been activated when the channel indicator is flashing. Pairing mode will be active for 20 seconds.
While the channel indicator light is flashing, turn on your sound processor.
Your sound processor will indicate a successful pairing with an audible melody.
Note: You can watch a short video about how to pair your TV Streamer to your Osia 2 Sound Processor. Note: To stop streaming, briefly press and release the button on your sound processor. -
The TV Streamer is not cabled correctly to the TV.
