My processor won't connect back to my phone after I go out of range.


  1. Is there another Bluetooth® device connected to your phone?

    Turn the Bluetooth off on the other device.
  2. Try turning your sound processor off and on again.

  3. Try turning off Bluetooth on the phone, restarting your phone and sound processor(s) and then turning Bluetooth back on.
