I can't hear sound with a wireless accessory.


  1. Make sure the wireless accessory is charged and turned on.

  2. Check that the wireless accessory is paired with your processor.

    Make sure the wireless device is paired. Refer to the True Wireless user guide for further information.

    Make sure you start streaming from the correct device. You can start streaming using the sound processor button, remote control or the Nucleus Smart App.
  3. Check the volume of the wireless accessory.

  4. Check the status screen in the Nucleus Smart App.

    If you use the Nucleus Smart App, check the Status screen to make sure the sound processor is receiving sound from the accessory. You can also use the app to check and adjust the accessory and the microphone volume. Note: To pair more than one wireless accessory to your sound processor, use separate channels.
