I can't hear sound with a monitor earphone.


  1. Check the monitor earphone.

    Make sure the monitor earphone cable is fully inserted into the socket on the Monitor Earphone Adaptor. Note: Do not use noise reduction headphones with the Monitor Earphone Adapter.
  2. Replace the monitor earphone.

  3. Check the adaptor is connected.

    Check that the Monitor Earphone Adaptor is properly connected to the processor and to the battery module.
  4. Check the status screen in the Nucleus Smart App?

    If you use the Nucleus Smart App, use the Status screen to check the processor volume level.
