My sound processor got wet.

  1. Don't worry. Your sound processor is protected against sweat and fresh water splashes.

    The materials and components of your sound processor are designed to withstand the normal wear and tear of daily use.

    However, if your processor gets wet, this is what you should do to make sure it stays in good working condition:

    • dry it with a soft cloth
    • change the microphone covers
    • put your sound processor in your home charger to dry for an hour or two.
    Note: The Kanso 2 Sound Processor is dust and water resistant to level of IP68 of the International Standard IEC60529.
