My sound processor feels very warm.

  1. Take your sound processor off your head.

    If your sound processor feels warm while it's on your head, remove it immediately and contact your hearing health professional.

  2. Did you recently take your Kanso 2 Sound Processor out of the home charger?

    It's normal for a sound processor to feel warm when it's removed from a home charger.

    However, if your sound processor feels extremely warm (almost too hot to touch), please contact our customer support team.
