Are you near a potential source of interference?
Interference from nearby electrical devices can sometimes disrupt streaming from a wireless accessory. Try moving away from any device that might be causing interference.
-
Make sure your wireless accessory is charged and turned on.
-
Make sure your wireless accessory is paired with your processor.
You can find videos for pairing wireless accessories on our device support page or you can or check the True Wireless™ Accessories User Guide.
-
Check the volume of your wireless accessory.
-
Do you have the Nucleus® Smart App?
If you do, use the Status screen to check that the processor is receiving sound from your accessory.
Also, check and adjust your accessory/microphone volume.
-
Do you have a spare sound processor?
If you do, try it with your wireless device to see if this solves the problem.
