Osia® 2

I press the pairing button on the Remote Control but the status of my sound processor doesn't replace the 'search' icon on the display.

  1. The Remote Control and sound processor may not be within wireless range.

Make sure the Remote Control and sound processor are within wireless range (up to 40 inches).

    Then, repeat the pairing process.

To pair your Remote Control to your sound processor:

    • Make sure the Remote Control is fully charged and is turned ON. Your sound processors must be off, so open the battery doors.
    • Press the pairing button on the Remote Control once. This will activate the pairing mode which will stay active for 20 seconds.
    • While pairing mode is activated, close the battery doors of both sound processors and make sure they are ON.

You know you have a successful pairing when you hear a melody in both sound processors, and you can see active volume bars and program "1" in the Remote Control display.

Note: You can watch a short video about how to pair your Remote Control to your Osia 2 Sound Processor.
  2. The Remote Control and sound processor may not have been in pairing mode simultaneously.

    Repeat the pairing process above.

Also, make sure you close the battery doors on both sound processors within 20 seconds after you press the pairing button on the Remote Control.
