No information shows in the display after I activate my Remote Control.

  1. You may not have paired your Remote Control to you sound processor.

    Do the pairing process.

    To pair your Remote Control to your sound processor:

    • Make sure the Remote Control is fully charged and is turned ON.
    • Your sound processors must be off, so open the battery doors.
    • Press the pairing button on the Remote Control once. This will activate the pairing mode, which will stay active for 20 seconds.
    • While pairing mode is activated, close the battery doors of both sound processors and make sure they are ON.

    You know you have a successful pairing when you hear a melody in both sound processors, and you can see active volume bars and program "1" in the Remote Control display.

    You're now ready to use the Remote Control.
