Two different program numbers or icons show on the display of my Remote Control.

  1. The two sound processors may not be in the same program.

    This can be for several reasons.

    One of the sound processors was not within wireless range when a command was given from the Remote Control.

    Or, you have changed programs on one of the sound processors by pressing its push button.

    Align your sound processor program either using the Remote Control or the program button on the sound processor.
