The 'search' icon is constantly displayed on the Remote Control display.

  1. The Remote Control and sound processor may not be within wireless range.

    Make sure the Remote Control and sound processor are within wireless range (up to 40 inches).

  2. The sound processor may not be on.

    Turn on your sound processor.

  3. The battery in the sound processor may be depleted.

    Put a new battery in your sound processor.
