When I change the volume on the sound processors using my Remote Control + or - keys, the volume doesn't change on one sound processor.

  1. Volume control may be activated for only one sound processor.

    You might see that only one of the < and > arrowheads are shown on the Remote Control display.

    Press the < or > key as appropriate to activate volume control for the other sound processor.
