The sound from my sound processor comes on and off.


  1. Do you use Advanced mode?

    If you do, turn up the volume or sensitivity, or try a different program. You can find everything you need to know about Advanced Mode on page 62 of the user guide.
  2. Try a different program.

    To change between programs, quickly press and release the lower button on your sound processor. Get details about changing programs on page 15 of the user guide.
  3. Recharge or replace the battery.

    You'll find a step-by-step guide for how to do this on page 7 of the user guide.
  4. Check the coil cable.

    Make sure the coil cable is fully inserted into the socket on the coil.
