I can't hear sound with a wireless accessory.


  1. Is your wireless accessory charged and turned on?

    Make sure the sound processor, the accessory and the remote control (if you're using one) are turned on and "awake". You can find what you need about charging and using wireless accessories in the True Wireless Accessories User Guide.
  2. Check that the wireless accessory is paired with your sound processor.

  3. Check the volume of the wireless accessory.

    You can find what you need about using wireless accessories in the True Wireless Accessories User Guide.
  4. Do you use a remote assistant?

    If you do, use the sound meter to check your sound processor is receiving sound. You can also use the remote to adjust the accessory/microphone mixing ratio.
