I can't hear sound from an audio accessory with a cable.


  1. Check the cable.

    Make sure the accessory cable is fully inserted into the sound processor and the audio source.
  2. Check the audio source.

    Check that the audio accessory is turned on and working properly and try adjusting the volume.
  3. Do you use a remote assistant?

    Use the sound meter to check the sound processor is receiving sound from the accessory. You can also check and adjust the microphone mixing ratio.
  4. Do you have a back-up sound processor?

    If available, try using the accessory with your other sound processor.
