Are you wearing eyeglasses, a bike helmet or similar?Make sure anything you might wear on your head or in your hair, such as glasses or a hat, doesn't touch your sound processor. This can cause feedback.
Turn down the volume of your sound processor.Your hearing health professional has set the volume level for your sound processor. Note: You can adjust the volume using the optional Cochlear Baha Remote Control 2, Cochlear Phone Clip, Baha® Smart App or from your compatible smart phone or smart device.
Check for external damage to your sound processor.If there are any cracks in the casing of your sound processor, you may need a new one.
Is your sound processor clean?Make sure there is no dirt between your external connection and your sound processor.
