The sound from my sound processor is too loud or uncomfortable.

  1. Turn down the volume of your sound processor.

    Your hearing health professional has set the volume level for your sound processor. Note: You can adjust the volume using the optional Cochlear Baha Remote Control 2, Cochlear Wireless Phone Clip, Baha® Smart App or from your compatible smart phone or smart device.
