There's no sound in my sound processors when I use my Mini Microphone 2+ even though I'm switched into the streaming program.

Your Mini Microphone 2+ and sound processors may be out of wireless range.
Make sure your Mini Microphone 2+ and your sound processors are within wireless range (up to 80 feet with a clear line of sight).

Is your Mini Microphone 2+ turned on?
Turn on your Mini Microphone 2+ and activate streaming again.
To turn on your Mini Microphone 2+:
- Press and hold the Power button for about 2 seconds, until the status LED turns green.
- After releasing the Power button, the status LED will blink green every 2 seconds.
To start streaming again:
- Turn on the microphone and turn on your sound processor.
- Press and hold the wireless streaming/program button on your sound processor for about three seconds.
You'll know streaming is activated (depending on how your hearing health professional has set up your device) when you hear a ripple tone upward melody, or see one long flash followed by one short flash.

Your Mini Microphone 2+ may have run out of power.
Charge the battery in your Mini Microphone 2+.

Your Mini Microphone 2+ may be muted.
Unmute your Mini Microphone 2+. To do this:
If the Mute LED is blinking yellow, you'll need to unmute your Mini Microphone 2+ to hear the sound it is picking up. To do this, press the Mute button once. The Mute LED will now stop blinking yellow.

Check that any external audio device is turned on and unmuted.
You may have connected an external audio device to the line-in plug but you may have also turned off the device or muted its output.
Turn on or unmute the external audio device.
Note: Changing mode or restarting the Mini Microphone 2+, while muted, will unmute the signal. -
Are you near another electrical device?
Interference from a nearby electrical device can sometimes disrupt streaming. Try moving away from any device that may cause interference and re-activate streaming.
To start streaming again:
- Turn on the microphone and turn on your sound processor.
- Press and hold the wireless streaming/program button on your sound processor for about three seconds.
