I can't change the volume using the Mini Microphone 2+ volume control.

  1. Is the volume control locked?

    The volume control on the Mini Microphone 2+ might be locked to a specific level. This is how you unlock the volume control:

    • Make sure the Mini Microphone 2+ is turned OFF.
    • Press and hold the volume '+' button and the Power ON button for 2 seconds until the status LED turns green (Mini Microphone 2+ powering up) and release the Power button.
    • Continue holding the volume '-' button until the status LED shows a green-yellow-red sequence.
