The sound from my sound processors is either too low or too high when I use my Phone Clip.


  1. The audio input level may not be suitable for listening.

    Adjust the volume on the mobile phone until the sound is suitable, or adjust the volume using the + and - keys on the Phone Clip until the sound is suitable.

    Another option, if you have a Remote Control, is to use the + and - keys on the Remote Control until the sound is suitable.

    You could also use your Osia Smart App to adjust the mixing ratio between your Phone Clip and your sound processor to get the volume you want.
