My sound processor won't turn off.

  1. If using the sound processor button, be sure to hold it long enough for the processor to turn off.

    You can refer to the Nucleus 8 Sound Processor User Guide for more information.

  2. Remove the battery from your sound processor.

    There's an easy step-by-step guide for how to do this in your Nucleus 8 Sound Processor User Guide.

  3. Reconnect the battery.

    Check that the sound processor is functioning normally.
