The volume on my sound processor is too loud or uncomfortable.


  1. Do you use a remote control?

    If you use a remote control, try turning down the volume to see if this helps...
  2. Do you use the Nucleus Smart App?

    If you use the Nucleus Smart App, try turning down the volume or sensitivity.
  3. Try a different program.

    You can choose between programs to change the way your sound processor deals with sound (e.g. in noisy or quiet places). Short-press the button to switch between programs.
  4. If the problem continues.

    Remove the sound processor and coil from your head and contact your clinician.
