My sound processor doesn't pair with my remote control.

  1. Have you checked to see that everything is turned on?

    Make sure the sound processor and the remote control are both turned on and “awake”.

  2. Be patient with the pairing process.

    Make sure you hold the sound processor in place at the back against the circular guide of the remote control until it has finished pairing. You can find step-by-step instructions on page 8 of the Nucleus® CR210 Remote Control User Guide.
