Is the accessory paired with your sound processor?

Check the volume of the wireless accessory.

Do you use a remote assistant?
If you do, use the Streaming menu to check the connection to your accessory. You can also try adjusting the accessory/microphone mixing ratio on your remote assistant. This function is not available on the remote control. -
Do you have a spare sound processor?
If you do, try it with your wireless device to see if this solves the problem.
