I want to make sure my sound processor is receiving sound.

  1. Are you using Child Mode?

    Check the light on the top of the sound processor. Quick green flashes mean the sound processor is receiving sound from the microphones, while quick blue flashes mean the sound processor is receiving sound from an audio source. You can find more information on page 34 of your user guide.

  2. Are you using a remote assistant?

    If you do use one, check the sound meter on the status screen.
