Are you wearing eyeglasses, a bike helmet or similar?
Make sure anything you might wear on your head or in your hair, such as glasses or a hat, doesn't touch your sound processor. This can cause feedback. -
Turn down the volume of your sound processor.
Your hearing health professional has set the volume level for your sound processor. Note: You can adjust the volume using the Baha® Smart App on your compatible smart phone or smart device, the Cochlear Baha Remote Control 2, or the Cochlear Phone Clip. -
Check for external damage to your sound processor.
If there are any cracks in the casing of your sound processor, you may need a repair or new one. -
