I can't hear any sound when I turn on my sound processor.

Double check that your sound processor is turned on.

Try opening and closing the battery door.

Closing the door should automatically turn on your sound processor.

Replace the battery.

To replace your battery:

Hold the sound processor with the back facing upwards.

Open the battery compartment all the way and remove the old battery.

Remove the sticker on the + side of the new battery.

Put the battery facing upwards into its compartment.

Close the battery door.
