My sound processor won't turn off.

Remove the battery.
Unlock the battery cover by turning the screw counterclockwise. Use your fingers on the sides to pull off the cover. Push down on each battery with your thumb in the cutout section in the side. The batteries pop up. Pull the batteries out.
Re-insert the batteries.
Place the batteries into the battery holder. The sides with holes on it (positive terminal) should face out. Replace the battery cover and lock if required.

Your processor should automatically turn on and shut down when you turn it off.
