To confirm compatibility, your Android device must be listed on both Cochlear's Sound Processor and App Compatibility page and ReSound's compatibility page. -
Un-pair then re-pair your sound processor and hearing aid to your compatible Android device

Re-pair your sound processor and hearing aid to the Nucleus Smart App
