The snap coupling is broken or is in poor condition.

  1. Don't worry. Is your sound processor still under warranty?

    The snap coupling is the part of your sound processor that connects it into your abutment.

    If it's broken or in poor condition, Please use our online form and we'll organize a repair or replacement.

  2. Is your sound processor out of warranty?

    Please call our customer support team on 877-651-7001.

  3. Not sure about your warranty?

    If you're not sure about your warranty, please contact our customer support team.
