While using the portable charger I hear four long beeps.

  1. Did you use the charger correctly?

    Make sure you didn't disconnect the portable charger cable from the sound processor before the charging was complete.

  2. Did you check the power?

    Make sure the portable charger has enough charge to complete charging.

  3. Contact our customer support team.
