My on-the-go charger battery does not charge.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot your charger.
-
Check the charging connections
- Ensure both ends of the charging cable are securely connected to the charger and power adapter.
- Confirm the indicator on the back of the charger turns on when connected to power.
If that does not resolve your issue, proceed to the next step.
-
Inspect for damage
Inspect the following components for visible damage:
- Charging case
- Charging cable
- Power adapter
If any component is damaged, use the information below to contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
-
Check the charger temperature
If the charger indicator light shows a steady or pulsating orange light when the USB cable is connected or disconnected, the charger is outside its normal operating temperature range.
- Move the charger to an environment with a normal ambient temperature.
- Once the charger returns to its normal operating temperature, it should function normally.
-
Check for long-term battery storage
