I want to return a sound processor I have on loan.


  1. Do you still have the packaging?

    Put your loaner sound processor into the self-addressed return packaging and ship it to us.
  2. Do you need new return materials?

    If you didn't keep the return packaging, contact us and we'll send you new return materials. Please make sure you have the serial number of your sound processor ready to give to the customer support team. Customer support team 877-651-7001. Note: You will find the serial number on the inside curve of your sound processor or in your Cochlear Family account under the My Equipment section.
