My sound processor changes programs when I get a message alert, use the keyboard, or lock the phone.

This is caused by alerts from your smartphone or smart device. You have two options to stop this from happening.

  1. Disable unnecessary sounds.

    Go to Settings on your device to disable sounds, such as lock sounds and keyboard clicks.

  2. Change the type of alert you get for a text message.

    You can also set text message alerts to vibrate only, rather than tone.

    Settings for sounds and alerts vary by smart device. If you need additional assistance, please contact our customer support team at 877-651-7001.
