I have accidentally damaged my sound processor.

  1. Don't worry. Is your sound processor still under warranty?

    Please use our online form and we'll organize a repair or replacement.

  2. If your sound processor is out of warranty or you're not sure about your warranty?

    Please contact our customer support team at 877-651-7001.
