Do you still have the packaging?Put your loaner sound processor into the self-addressed return packaging and ship it to us.
Do you need new return materials?If you didn't keep the return packaging, just contact us and we'll send you new return materials. Please make sure you have the serial number of your sound processor ready to give to the customer support team. Note: You will find the serial number underneath the battery cover on the backside of your sound processor.
