One or both sound processors drop out of the streaming program.

  1. The battery in one or both sound processors are so depleted they no longer support audio streaming.

    Put a new battery in your sound processor and activate streaming again.

    To start streaming:

    • Turn on whichever wireless accessory you are using, or your iPhone, and turn on your sound processor.
    • Press and hold the wireless streaming/program button on your sound processor for about three seconds.

    You'll know streaming is activated (depending on how your hearing health professional has set up your device) when you hear a ripple tone upward melody, or see one long flash followed by one short flash.
