Make sure the wireless accessory is charged and turned on.
Is the accessory paired with your sound processor?You can find videos for pairing wireless accessories on our device support page or check the True Wireless™ Accessories User Guide.
Check the volume of the wireless accessory.
Do you use a remote assistant?If you do, use the Streaming menu to check the connection to your accessory. You can also try adjusting the accessory/microphone mixing ratio on your remote assistant. This function is not available on the remote control.
Do you have a spare sound processor?If you do, try it with your wireless device to see if this solves the problem.
