My sound processor turns off unexpectedly.

  1. Make sure your battery has enough power.

    Charge your battery sufficiently before you try to use it.

  2. Ask your hearing health professional if 'Auto power off' is enabled on your sound processor.

    If it is, your sound processor will switch off after two minutes when it's not connected to your implant. This is normal.
