If you need to get a new sound processor, contact our customer support team to discuss your options.
Complete a loss claim form.
If you're sure you won't find your sound processor – and it's still covered under warranty – just complete a loss claim form online.Note: You can also contact our customer support team to find out if your sound processor is covered for loss. Your initial five-year warranty includes one-time loss coverage (a single instance of loss). However, any service plan you buy after your initial five-year warranty expires does not include loss. Note: Your warranty on an upgrade system is three years.
